Puppy Deposit Policy
A $500 puppy deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy from Sokota Bulldogges. All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is received, the selected puppy is marked as reserved and removed from availability, and I discontinue offering that puppy to other prospective buyers.
This deposit represents a commitment from the buyer and compensates for the time, care, and expenses incurred, as well as the loss of opportunity to place the puppy with another home. For these reasons, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in buyer circumstances or decisions.
By submitting a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Sokota Bulldogges reserves the right to decline or cancel a sale at my sole discretion if it is determined that placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, any deposit paid will be handled at my discretion.
This policy is in place to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional reservation process while prioritizing the well-being of each puppy.
