Sokota Bulldogges – Return & Refund Policy

Because puppies are living beings and each is placed carefully, all sales through Sokota Bulldogges are considered final.

Returns

-Puppies are not returnable merchandise.
-If a buyer can no longer keep their dog, the dog must be returned to Sokota Bulldogges. No refund is guaranteed for returned dogs. -Sokota Bulldogges will ensure the dog is placed appropriately.

Refunds

-Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the breeder’s discretion.
-If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Deposits

-All deposits are 100% non-refundable.
-Deposits secure placement on an approved waitlist or reserve an available puppy.
-Deposits are not tied to a specific puppy or litter unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
-Deposits may be transferred to a future litter.
-Deposits are never eligible for chargebacks or disputes.

Health Guarantee

-Each puppy is sold with a written health guarantee outlined in the sales contract.
-Puppies should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of going home.
-If a qualifying congenital or hereditary condition is diagnosed within the guarantee period, a replacement puppy may be offered when available. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

-Sokota Bulldogges does not ship puppies via cargo.
-Delivery is arranged through ground transport or flight nanny services when applicable.
-All delivery and transportation fees are non-refundable.
