Sokota Bulldogges – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Sokota Bulldogges, including payments processed via Klarna. By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or completing payment, the buyer agrees to all terms outlined below.

1. General Terms

Sokota Bulldogges is a small, private breeding program. All transactions are entered into voluntarily and are subject to breeder approval. Sokota Bulldogges reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a transaction at any time prior to puppy placement.

2. Deposits

• All deposits are 100% non-refundable.

• Deposits secure placement on an approved waitlist or reserve an available puppy.

• Deposits are not tied to a specific puppy or litter unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Deposits may be transferred to a future litter only at the breeder’s discretion.

• Deposits are never eligible for chargebacks or disputes.

3. Puppy Pricing & Final Payment

• Puppy pricing varies based on individual puppy quality, structure, and breeding potential.

• The remaining balance is due prior to or at puppy pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Final balances are collected via invoice or approved payment link.

• Unauthorized purchases of balance products may be canceled.

4. Refund Policy

• All puppy sales are considered final.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the sole discretion of the breeder.

• Deposits are never refundable under any circumstance.

• Any refund approved by the breeder will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Returns & Rehoming

Puppies are living beings and are not returnable merchandise.

• If a buyer can no longer keep their dog, the dog must be returned to Sokota Bulldogges.

• No refund is guaranteed for returned dogs.

• Sokota Bulldogges will ensure the dog is placed appropriately.

6. Health Guarantee

• Each puppy is sold with a written health guarantee outlined in the sales contract.

• Puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of going home.

• In the event of a qualifying congenital or hereditary condition, a replacement puppy may be offered when available.

• Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the breeder’s discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Sokota Bulldogges does not ship puppies via cargo.

• Delivery is arranged through ground transport or flight nanny services when applicable.

• All delivery and transportation fees are non-refundable.

• Buyers are responsible for any travel costs incurred after scheduling.

8. Klarna Payments

• Klarna is offered as a convenience payment method.

• Use of Klarna does not override Sokota Bulldogges’ policies.

• Klarna disputes, chargebacks, or payment delays do not alter deposit or refund terms.

• Buyers agree to resolve any concerns directly with Sokota Bulldogges prior to filing disputes.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Sokota Bulldogges is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Documentation, contracts, and communication records will be submitted in response to disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sokota Bulldogges is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to delays, illness after transfer of care, or changes in buyer circumstances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Sokota Bulldogges operates.
