Waitlist Promotion

From time to time, I offer promotions for families who choose to join the waitlist early.

Normally, placing a floating deposit locks in the base puppy price of $3,000. However, during this promotion, families who place a floating deposit will lock in a puppy price of $2,800, which is below the standard base rate.

Since puppies from Sokota Bulldogges are typically priced between $3,000–$4,000+ depending on the pairing, pedigree, titles, structure, and overall quality, this promotion allows waitlist families to secure their puppy at a reduced price.

How the Promotion Works

To participate in this promotion, upon an approved application, a $500 floating deposit must be placed.

The floating deposit:

• Secures your place on the Sokota Bulldogges waitlist
• Applies toward the total purchase price of your puppy
• Allows you to select from future litters when puppies become available
• Locks in the promotional puppy price of $2,800

The remaining balance is due at pickup when the puppy is approximately 8 weeks old.

Waitlist Access

When puppies become available, everyone on the waitlist is contacted at the same time and given the opportunity to claim a puppy.

Waitlist families have 24 hours to claim an available puppy before the litter is opened to the public.

If more than one person on the waitlist wishes to claim the same puppy, priority is given to the person who placed their deposit first.

Promotion Price Lock

Deposits placed during this promotion lock in the $2,800 promotional price for one (1) year from the deposit date.

If a puppy is selected within that year, the promotional price will apply regardless of the public price of that puppy.

After one (1) year from the deposit date, the deposit will continue to float forward to future litters, however the promotional price lock will expire. At that point, the deposit will simply be applied toward the current public price of the puppy selected.

Deposit Terms

Floating deposits are non-refundable, except in the case where the requested gender is not produced or made available within the breeding program within one (1) year from the date the deposit was placed.

The waitlist applies only to future litters and is not used to reserve puppies that are already available.
